These hot/cold packs can help with relief from sore muscles, headaches, sciatic pain, menstrual cramps, and more! We have a large selection of patterns and sizes to suit everyone! These are sewn using cotton materials, so proper usage and care is required: HOT/COLD BAGS - HOW TO USE Hot: Warm in the microwave for up to 2 min on High. Cold: Put in the freezer for 30 mins or more. Cleaning: Spot clean only and let fully dry before heating.
These cooling scarves are a refreshing welcome on a hot sumemr day! Soak in cool water and wear on your neck for instant relief from the heat. COOLING SCARVES - HOW TO USE SOAK in cold water for a minimum of 2 hours. The beads will absorb the water and expand. USAGE: Use the snap to loosely tie them around your neck. STORAGE: Hang to dry when not in use. Re-soak in water to use the scarf again. DO NOT freeze, store in the fridge or leave soaking in water. Damage will occur. KEEP AWAY from children and pets. Beads inside can become a choking hazzard if the scarf becomes ripped.
